Not quite right? I can often make a piece in a different stone, length or metal.
Alternatively, we can transform an existing piece you already own, or design something special from scratch.

Of course. I accept returns within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in the original packaging. Email enquiries@jojoharris.com with your order number and I'll come back to you within 48 hours. For an exchange, return the original and place a new order. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of your return reaching me.
Every product page has care guidance for that specific piece, as pearls, stones, wood, horn and plated metals all need slightly different treatment. As a rule, put jewellery on last and take it off first, keep it away from perfume and hairspray, and store it in the box it arrived in. I also offer re-gilding and restringing, so if a piece needs attention after a few years, just ask.
Solid gold is gold all the way through, and I use 9ct on a small number of pieces. Gold vermeil is a thick layer of gold over sterling silver, and it has to meet a legal standard for thickness and purity. Gold plated is a thinner layer, sometimes over silver and sometimes over brass. Every product page tells you which you're getting.
Gold vermeil sits over a sterling silver base and is generally well tolerated. Plated pieces use a thinner layer over a base metal. If you're not sure which is right for you, email me before you order and I'll help you choose.
There's a full ring size guide on the site. Most rings are listed in UK letter sizes. A few, including the wood rings, come in small, medium and large, and the sizing is noted on those product pages. Rings are made to order, so if you're between sizes do get in touch before ordering.
Anything over 7.78g of silver must be hallmarked by law, and those pieces carry my own mark from the London Assay Office. Where a piece is hallmarked, it says so on the product page.

Yes. Delivery to the EU is £14.99 and to selected countries worldwide it's £23.99. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes on arrival, which are the customer's responsibility.
Yes, and I'd rather you asked than replaced something. I offer a restringing service for knotted necklaces and bracelets, which after many years of wear can benefit from it, and a re-gilding service for gold plated pieces that have lost their shine. If something needs attention, email me at enquiries@jojoharris.com and I'll tell you what's possible.
