The Kim ring has a beautiful soft domed round shape. The sterling silver ring is set with a stunning green African Jade - which is actually, according to geologists, is a type of garnet.
The silver has been gently brushed to give it a matt finish which works so well with the cabachon finish of the stone.

African Jade, is a stunning gemstone, its unfacetted surface gives it a smooth polished finish. African Jade is primarily found in South Africa. According to geologists its not actually Jade but a type of garnet. The unique green shade shot with subtle shades of yellow, comes from trace amounts of chronium and vanadum within it's chemical composition.
Our silver rings are cast in the UK from 100% recycled silver, with our casting partners being pioneers in the "lost wax" method. This ring has been given a matt finish, which I believe works really well with this cabachon/unfacetted stone.
The ring is finished with the JoJo Harris hallmark, which is held at the London Goldsmith Company, who became the first official "home of hallmarking" in 1478.
